In November 2016, Valyou introduced an affordable and convenient mobile money solution app – Valyou Mobile Wallet – the first mobile wallet in Malaysia that offers International Remittance from mobile devices in hopes to improve the quality of life of the larger migrant segments in Malaysia concurrently foster a sense of social belonging away from home.
Today, Valyou has over 1,000 and growing touch points all over Malaysia where customers have more access to our services. Our ambition is to explore digital remittance to all relevant corridors, including Telenor’s own financial services markets such as Pakistan, Bangladesh and Myanmar. With the migrants being our largest customer segment, we are focused to empower and educate them in adopting the latest in mobile money technology for international remittance.
